This person is responsible for determining the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) of families for our Head Start and PA Pre-K Counts programs.

This person works directly with families to assess comprehensive needs and serves as the initial source of contact for Early Learning organizations including Child Care, Head Start, PA PreK Counts, Early Intervention, WIC, as well as other social services that the family may need; manages the activities of the Child Care Works program, including family interviews for eligibility determination/ redetermination, and ongoing case management; and works across sites, conducts outreach, and provides greater access to the families where needed.
