To be awarded to a High School graduating student, who is a former student of Child Development, Inc. Center or Home Base Programs (formerly known as Schuylkill County Child Development), and is continuing their formal education.

To apply for any of the above awards, please see your High School Guidance Counselor for an application. You may also download the application here, and take it to your Guidance Counselor for their recommendation.
